Information on personal data protection

For the purpose of registration for the Diplom+ training for young graduates, personal data is collected. In accordance with the European Regulation EU 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), please find the related explanations here below.

Legal basis :

  • Loi modifiée du 18 mars 2013 relative aux traitements de données à caractère personnel concernant les élèves
  • Loi modifiée du 16 mars 2007
    1. portant organisation des cours de formation professionnelle au Centre national de formation professionnelle continue
    2. création d’une aide à la formation, d’une prime de formation et d’une indemnité de formation.

  • Management of participants and students.
  • Processing of anonymised data for statistical purposes.

  • Service de la formation professionnelle (SFP)
  • Centre national de formation professionnelle continue (CNFPC)

Duration of data retention :

The data is kept for the required duration :

  • to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and processed;
  • to fulfil the legal obligations to which the data processor is legally bound.

In the event of ineligibility of the candidate to the ‘Diplom+’ training, the data is deleted without delay.
